If you want to create sustainable wellness, then the approach you take must resonate with your soul on the deepest level. Otherwise, you won't be able to embrace it permanently.

This is one of the reasons why most diets fail. You might have enough will power to eliminate things for a few weeks. But then you'll just go back to eating them again and gaining the weight back.
